Tour #4: Equestrians & Cowboys
This tour is based on the dates chosen for the Calgary Stampede and the Spruce Meadows North American show jumping competition. Both are held during the first half of July.

Tour #5: Mountains of Flora & Fauna
The best time for this journey: mid June to mid August
This journey starts where the Canadian Prairie meets the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and continues into the heart of these rugged, magnificent peaks. Across crystal clear rivers and lakes, climbing high over mountain passes to Canada's only true desert, at the northern most tip of the Upper Sonoran desert system. Originating in Mexico, the Sonoran desert system extends through North America as the Great Basin. See huge cedars in a rare old growth forest, mountainsides of deep emerald conifers, mountain meadows carpeted in flowers and the toasted gold and sage greens of the desert. |

Tour #7: Spruce Meadows Master Special
This tour is based on the dates chosen for the Spruce Meadows Master's international show jumping competition held at the beginning of September.
As the tour title implies, this journey will take you to Spruce Meadows to see the 'Masters', an esteemed international show jumping event. The posh 300 acre facility located on the outskirts of Calgary draws more than 300,000 spectators every year. Televised coverage of the exciting show jumping action from this highly acclaimed facility reaches over 700 million people in 70 countries. |
