To ensure that you receive the best accommodations and superior experiences, it is recommended to book well in advance. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, certified cheque or money order.

Most tour packages require a minimum of 6 people to operate.

Day tours require a minimum of 4 people to operate

SUMMER & WINTER SEASONS:

25% non-refundable* deposit with booking.

THE BALANCE:

The balance is due 35 days prior to your tour start date in the winter. In the summer season the balance is due 65 days prior to your tour start date.

The full amount is due when booking within 30 days prior to your tour start date in the winter. In the summer season the full amount is due when booking within 60 days prior to your tour start date.

If the balance is not paid by the due date we will regard the booking as cancelled and your deposits will be forfeited.


*REFUNDS:

Cancellations can be made up to 35 days prior to the tour start date in the winter season and up to 65 days prior to the tour start date during the summer season. When we receive a cancellation notice within these prescribed dates your deposit can be applied to another tour based upon availability.

A full refund will be made to you if we / you find a suitable replacement.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour or to modify any offered activity or itinerary. Full refunds will be issued if we must cancel a tour.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED, and inexpensive compared to the cost of your tour.
